U.S. Residential Group - a full-service, fee-based multifamily management company with corporate offices in Texas, California and Connecticut - has been awarded the management contracts on four apartment communities totaling 1,450 units in central Connecticut.
The properties include Woodcliff Estates in East Hartford, Forest Park in Rocky Hill, and in Manchester, Lofts at the Mills and Vinatge at the Grove.
Our Wallingford, CT office will oversee operations at these sites.
