There are numerous reasons why I think Quest is a quality school ranging from our strong curriculum and top-notch services to the individualized attention provided to students and agents. But it really all comes down to two factors - the combination of quality staff backed by strong systems. Quality people are of course the core of any business, particularly highly service oriented businesses such as a language school. But people cannot be perfect and so they need strong specialized systems (registration, academic, accommodation, activity, communication, ...) to enable them to effectively meet the needs of our students and agents and exceed their expectations.

QE helps to nurture and promote what is best in our industry - independently operated, small to medium sized language schools. Schools where both students and agents are appreciated as individuals, where they can stand out from the crowd and not be drowned out by it. QE is not only a badge of quality, it is a vehicle for promoting Quality.

We've only been in QE a short time now but I've been more than pleased with the organization. QE as an organization strives to embody what their membership is all about - personal attention, highly responsive and dedicated to enhancing and creating opportunities for members.  

Almost everybody wishing to learn English is ultimately looking to better interact, integrate and benefit from the world around them. And what better place to do this than the world's most ethnically diverse city. Toronto is the world in microcosm. It has no one culture, its culture is truly and uniquely multi-culture, a place where people from around the planet have come to live, interact and grow together. MM Oxford Study Services, UK

MM Oxford Study Services was founded in 1981 by Mustafa Misirlizade. Family owned and managed, we pride ourselves in providing high quality, multinational (38 nationalities in 2009) English Language courses in July and August. We offer a fast, efficient, friendly service, with individual attention in a family atmosphere; taking care of every detail from high standard/low ratio teaching and congenial, safe surroundings for learning to welfare and well supervised fully inclusive social activities programmes for individuals or groups. Our centres with accommodation are based in the Oxford University colleges of Hertford, (Young Adult courses - average age 16 - 23) and St. Hugh's, (Junior courses - age 12 - 16).

As a British Council accredited school we meet the agreed quality standards guaranteed by them.
