What a loaded question, is it not? You may be the person initiating the divorce so your thinking of course your ready, but you may want to take a look at this article before you be so quick to answer. What's New? 


In mid November the Firm filed an Application in the Florida Supreme Court challenging an Order entered in Lee County pursuant to Administrative Order 2.12. The Order requires issuance of Standing Orders in Domestic Relations Cases. The Firm believes that the Order violates due process, therefore, unconstitutional.
