Sam R. Assini
 
Attorney Assini graduated from Nova Southeastern University - Shepard Broad Law Center in 2002. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003 and started his Family Law Practice that same year. Attorney Assini began his practice on the East Coast of Florida and eventually moved to the West Coast in 2006. Since his admission to the Bar in 2003 Attorney Assini has focused on Family Law matters. Attorney Assini is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Family Law Section of the Lee County Bar, The United States District Court, Middle District, the United States District Court, Southern District and has been a Guardian ad Litem representing abused and neglected children in Lee and Broward Counties since 2001.
 
William (Bill) McGrew
 
Attorney McGrew is a member of the Florida Bar, Pennsylvania Bar, Lee County Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. He was previously an Assistant Public Defender in Tampa, and since being with the Assistant Public Defender's office he has done General Trial Practice, focusing in Family Law for the last 3 years. Attorney McGrew has received several Awards for Pro Bono Legal Services from Florida Rural Legal Services, Inc.
 
Ginine M. Hanco
 
Attorney Hanco graduated from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006 and relocating to Ft. Myers, she has exclusively practiced Family Law.  Attorney Hanco is a member of the Lee County Bar Association, the Association of Family Law Professionals, and the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar.
