STC Appreciation Dinner Special Edition

Greetings!

'tis the year to be thankful. We at STC Management wanted to take the opportunity to show our appreciation to associates and clients whom have worked with us. On Dec 11, 2010, we had a wonderful and exciting dinner performance. For most of the performance was done by the STC team.

John Hsu and the our STC teammates shown a much different side of themselves. With a lighten foot steps and guitar, John and the team performed dances and choir. And a very energetic Santa brought gifts for everyone. We brought the room to a roaring rounds of applause.

為了回饋客戶和廠商過去一年的照顧,STC資產管理公司於十二月十一日在工業市四季廣場新成立的STC Center 東區第一會館舉行感恩晚會. 當晚節目均由STC 管理公司所有同仁出場演出. 震撼的鼓聲和舞龍拉開序幕. 由武術老師領導,一條約50 呎長的閃亮金龍靈活靈現的在場中央飛舞.STC資產管理公司負責人,John Hsu 帶領全體同仁出場表演體操及＂快樂天堂＂大合唱, 整齊劃一的動作和歌聲贏得不少閃光燈及掌聲,充分的表現出STC資產管理全體同仁的默契. 接下來的舞蹈及功夫表演也展現出STC資產管理全體同仁在專業的知識之外,更擁有鮮為人知的才能.為了配合聖誕節的來臨,全體大合唱"Jingle Bells",配合活潑的鈴聲和聖誕老人發配彩色項鍊,把全體氣氛帶到最高點!

We had wonderful turn out for the event. We've also held Charity Silent Auctions. Prizes included Painting, sponsored by Alan Leon, An artstudio123 artist. And hand made ceramic art from STC. Miss Anne Ma led her group of students sponsored an amazing dance to support the event. We are also honored by Nogales Choir's wonderful performance.

All proceed of the night were donated to Rowland Council PTA and Nogales Choir Program.

為了幫助學區,STC資產管理也在感恩晚會中舉辦義賣活動, 獎品包括由洛杉磯教育局認證講師及大自然美術教室負責人, 梁綸武老師所捐贈的三幅藝術品,STC資產管理捐贈的陶器,和電器用品.知名舞蹈老師馬老師也讓她的學生特別在晚會中表演一首精采絕倫的民俗舞蹈.

The STC Appreciation Dinner is held at the newly built STC Center, in City of Industry. The facility encompasses a banquet hall, catering area, and office. Equipped with the latest technology, which included auto HD video recording, surround projection and fantastic lighting effects. It even has a fog machine. Former Mayor of Walnut, Mary Sue acknowledged the benefit STC Center could bring to the surrounding business, has awarded the facility with a certificate of appreciation. 當晚的感恩晚會在新成立的東區第一會館STC Center舉行.萬呎的東區第一會館,STC Center位於工業市Gale Ave, 四季廣場三樓. 該會館宗旨是提供東區民眾另一個可利用的場地, 會館設備充足,包括專業燈光音響, 可移動式舞台,挑高屋頂,可容納300人以上, 用途包括會議,喜慶宴會, 演講講座,博覽及展銷會或其他各種娛樂和表演. 核桃市議員,Mary Sue也在節目開始前頒發東區第一會館STC Center獎狀以感謝STC資產管理公司提供另一個可供民眾選擇的場地.東區第一會館STC Center將於明年正式開始啟用, 有興趣的民眾可連絡STC資產管理公司的Amy

STC資產管理舉辦年終餐會

【大紀元2010年12月15日訊】（大紀元記者袁玫羅蘭崗報導）STC資產管理11日為感謝客戶、一起工作的貴賓及廠商，11日年終感恩餐會，STC資產管理執行長許惠欽表示，這是第一次使用「東區第一會館」3樓豪華大廳舉辦餐會，來感謝大家這一年的支持。

許惠欽表示，由於自己很早踏入管理行業，20多年來看到人生大起大落，種種歷煉，感嘆人生最重要的是健康與家庭，並且東區需要一個場所，能將大家聚在一起，無論主流或是華人在這裡像一個「家」一樣，這也是他興建第一會館的目的，能有一個場所供給大家，提供優惠條件協助非營利組織推廣藝術文化、栽培下一代。

許惠欽表示，能付出是一種享受，是一種榮譽，感謝自己有能力付出幫助更多人。今年在大家同心協力下，將不可能變成可能，未來將會繼續拓展更多的會館，服務大家，許惠欽對於明年仍具信心，不論情況如何，只要抱持樂觀積極態度、善良的心，一定會有光明希望。

STC資產管理於2009年，正式成為AMO﹙國際認證資產管理機構﹚是全美第一家華人企業獲此肯定，其資產管理遍及南加各大城市。

「東區第一會館」一二樓提供給武術、美術等課程的教導，3樓豪華大廳可供3、4百人聚會、宴席、酒會等之活動。

當天許惠欽為顧及大家的方便，不僅安排免費代客停車、豐盛晚餐、各種水酒，週到服務，還有精彩節目，社區人士300多人參加，氣氛溫馨，賓主盡歡。
