台灣的商業不動產市場，也出現「台灣之光」。本土重量級商業不動產顧問公司、瑞普國際物業公司的總裁曾東茂，在亞洲各國房地產業人士爭相角逐下，雀屏中選，正式獲得全美房地產經紀人協會(簡稱NAR，National Association of Realtors)，今年首度開放吸納亞洲會員後，第一位、也是亞洲唯一1位的正式會員。
全世界不動產組織規模最大、會員人數達2萬多人的美國NAR，預計 11月3日將在美國紐奧良召開。曾東茂表示，他已受聘正式入會並參加年會，這也宣告台灣房地產市場與美國不動產市場正式接軌。
曾東茂是台灣第一位取得CCIM的國際認證資格的房地產業者，而C CIM為全球不動產界最權威專業的國際認證資格，全名為「CCIM國際 不動產投資師」。
現在，曾東茂又在美國房地產業界嶄露頭角，創下亞洲業界的先例，日前成為全球重量級不動產組織、美國NAR的亞洲唯一正式會員。
曾東茂表示，兩岸經貿關係融冰之後，台灣房地產市場愈來愈受投資法人的重視，ECFA正式生效後，台灣房地產市場在國際間的「能見度」更加提高，不少歐美和亞太區域的投資法人機構，都紛紛想辦法向大中華市場靠攏。因此，NAR首開先例，2010年特別開放吸納亞洲會員，這也突顯出國際不動產業界對於台灣市場崛起的重視程度。

| Halloween Costume Party at STC Center
工業市四季廣場化裝舞會迎萬聖
Thanks to every one whom came, volunteered, and dressed up for the party, we had a blast at our Halloween Costume Night at STC Center. We had a about 50 to 60 kids signed up for the costume contest. So many of them are just sooooo cute!! 20 to 30 adults signed up. Everyone had a great time! We raised some money, had some fun and many many laughs. Big thanks to Gina Ward, for getting the word out. Big Big Thanks to Martha and Kimo for hosting the costume contest. The night cannot shine without them. And thank all of the volunteer who came to support the event. We hope we can have more events like this that bring everyone together. All proceeds from the night will be forwarded to Rowland Council PTA for school programs.
