In today's distressed economy, the need for properly trained security company is evident. Security guards can often prevent crimes from happening before they happen as well as mitigate the situations to minimize damages. However there are certain resources that can be used to maximize the effectiveness and security that they can provide for a property. The following four resources can be used to provide added protection to your property:

NISH is a national nonprofit agency whose mission is to create employment opportunities for people with severe disabilities by securing Federal contracts for its network of community-based nonprofit agencies.
Miguel is very excited, as this is his first plane ride and his first visit to the nation's capital.
"I want to see President Obama - do you think we can make an appointment?"

award-winning, widely recognized leader in teaching adults with
disabilities the skills they need to obtain employment and gain

LTC's programmatic emphasis is to provide vocational programming for
individuals with disabilities who may not be able to work competitively
in the community, or who may need assistance in maintaining competitive
employment. Workers are paid for their services according to their
participation and productivity, and receive vacation pay, bonuses and
workers compensation benefits.

United States Green Building
Council
The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), co-founded by
David Gottfried and Rick Fedrizzi in 1993, is a non-profit trade
organization that promotes sustainability in how buildings are designed,
built and operated. (Contrary to the title of this article, which was
created in error, the organization's name is the U.S. Green Building
Council - not United States Green Building Council.) USGBC is best known
for the development of the Leadership in
Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building rating systems
and Greenbuild, a green building conference and expo that promotes the green building industry, including environmentally responsible materials, sustainable architecture techniques
and public policy.
LEED is an internationally
recognized green building certification system, providing
third-party verification that a building or community was designed and
built using strategies aimed at improving performance across all the
metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, CO2
emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and
stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.
美國綠建築協會(U.S. Green Building Council, USGBC)是個非營利組織，旨在推動建築物能具有永續性的設計與建造。美國綠建築協會以推動領先能源與環境設計(Leadership in Energy &

In today's harsh business environment, firms have been struggling to maintain their profitability through aggressive cost-cutting. In the process, many have turned to a new frontier, the green movement, as a method to improve their bottom lines and at the same time help preserve the environment. Tremendous strides have been made in the alternative energy industry, most notably in solar power, and government rebates and a new desire to maintain corporate image have made such options feasible and profitable in the long-term. At the same time, firms have also been reevaluating methods that have long been overlooked, such as improving recycling and reducing waste-hauling expenses.
Today, the new priority is corporate sustainability. California currently leads the nation in green jobs, green patents, supply from renewables, and savings from efficiency. In it's effort to prepare for a more sustainable state in the future, our state has begun to revamp its policies and establish new standards. These new developments, which include LEED certification and numerous rebates in green technology, have provided companies with a perfect window of opportunity to satisfy the need to improve profitability and efficiency. Hopefully, these new policies will help encourage more efficient design, construction, and maintenance practices, satisfying both tenants as well as owners and at the same time reducing negative impacts on the environment.
