Greetings!
We have lots of exciting news to share with you! First and foremost, our Customer Satisfaction Survey results are in and we want to thank everyone who participated. We enjoyed reading all of your wonderful comments regarding the Resort. We did receive suggestions that you wanted more feedback on how your pet is doing while visiting the Resort. So you asked and we listened!
We have created new Resort-Client Liaison positions, monthly report cards, installed webcams, and behavior modification plans will be co-developed with you to improve your pet's experience while at the Resort. Please see details on all these new action plans below.
Boarding news is plentiful as we have new Luxury entertainment and bedtime routines for you to read about below. We must also announce that although have been steadfast with our boarding prices for the last few years, we do need to increase our rates (for the Sunshine Suites only), effective June 15. If you have already pre-booked your summer boarding, you should be receiving a phone call shortly advising you of our new rates. We value your business but I am sure you will find that we are still very competitive with our rates. And remember, daycare is always included for our boarding guests.
We also have some amazing news regarding our Training Program. We have brand new Group Classes as well as new Seminars being offered throughout the year. First up is our "Who's Walking Who" seminar. Come out and meet Sandra and I at Borderland State Park on June 11!! We will be holding a 2 hour seminar on Loose Leash Walking. It's going to be a blast! I hope you can join us (please see details below). 
Our client satisfaction is what is most important to us. I hope you are as excited as we are with the launch of programs we have before you.

RESORT-CLIENT LIAISON
YOUR DIRECT CONTACT AT THE RESORT

To fulfill our customer satisfaction at the highest level, we have implemented the following value-added programs. All of these benefits are free to you and are included in our regular daycare and boarding services!
Resort Client Liaison
> This newly created position
is filled by our very own Kelley Hutchinson! Kelley will be dedicated to communicating directly with you regarding your dog's stay with us whether your dog is in daycare or boarding. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your pet, please ask to speak to Kelley (or any other Manager if Kelley is not available).
Report Cards
> Report Cards will be offered to anyone who would like an update on how their pet is doing in daycare. Perhaps you have a new puppy attending daycare and would like to know in detail how their day went. Look for a sign-up sheet posted at the front desk!
Resort Client Behavior Modification Form
> This form, co-developed together, will identify a change in behavior that we would both like to see with your pet. A plan will be outlined and followed to help your dog with any issues that may need correcting (i.e. jumping, mouthing, use of a halti, etc.).

NEW STAFF POSITIONS TO ENHANCE
THE OVERALL RESORT EXPERIENCE
Jackie Galipeau, Resort Playground Manager
Jackie is responsible for overseeing all of our Doggie Dogcare Playgroups. Not only is Jackie there to make sure your dog is having fun, but also to ensure your pet is placed into groups properly. It is important for our guests to model good adult dog behavior. During Playgroups, Jackie works on issues such as separation anxiety, shy dogs and other behavioral issues.
Jackie will also oversee the new Resort-Client Liaisons, and Playgroup Facilitators to ensure you are informed about your dog's visit with us whether your pet is in daycare or boarding. Along with Sandra and I, Jackie will work on having your dog mentally stimulated, and that client enrichment plans are met.

Rich has been part of our team for over 10 years! His experience has proven invaluable and he will now be responsible to implement dog behavioral modification plans with everyday training and perform new client evaluations. Rich will be assisting Jackie in managing our playgroups and he will also put into action our new Puppy Playgroups!

WEBCAMS GO LIVE ON JUNE 1
Starting June 1, you will be able to view your pet in our doggie daycare from wherever you are! Enjoy your vacation or day at work and log-on at anytime to see your dog playing with all of their favorite friends. Our webcams will be located in our Club House, small dog playground and large dog playground. To view this live, FREE streaming video, go to our homepage for instructions. www.jmpetresort.com

P.S. Don't worry if you don't see your dog right away, he might be in another playgroup, eating or resting or in another non-webcam area.

PLAYGROUND PLAY STRUCTURES!

Within the last few of months you've probably seen our new Play Structures located inside and outside of the Resort. These structures allow dogs to play, and use their bodies in a similar fashion as they would in a natural outdoor environment. These play structures consist of obstacles which provide dogs with exercise that makes them more nimble and self-confident. They learn to navigate the obstacles which develop their motor skills, all the while stimulating their minds! Dogs enjoy climbing the ramp, going in and out of the tunnels and observing a new point of view from the top.

Luxury Suites Update
Our Luxury Suites will now feature a
Flat Screen TV for your pet's relaxation and entertainment. Just when you thought our Luxury Suites couldn't get any better, your pooch can now see and hear some soothing nature sounds while resting in
their suite.
Our viewable DVD's will include such titles as Waterfall & Rainforest Creeks, A Day at the Beach, Escape to the Rainforest, Living Landscapes: The World's Most Beautiful Places, Fireplace Virtual Flames and 4 Seasons in New England. We want our Hotel guests to feel relaxed while in their suites and play videos that is conducive to what they would normally see and hear in their natural environment.
We do not want to get our guests overly excited or induce group barking by watching videos such as Hotel for Dogs or Homeward Bound which can be exceedingly stimulating for them.
New Bedtime Routine at the Resort
Each of our overnight guests will now receive and appropriate goody (cookie or carrot stick) during their night time tuck-in. After our traditional evening roll-call, our Animal Care Specialists will tuck in our guests with an overall wellness check, a kiss & hug, and a nite-nite sleep tight treat.
Boarding Price Increase
Effective June 15, our boarding prices for the Sunshine Suites will increase as follows:
Small Dog $27
Medium Dog $30
Large Dog $32
Giant Dog $35
Colossal Dog $37
Luxury Suites and Kitty Condo fees will remain the same.

Third Annual Golf "FORE" Blue Dog Tournament

Blue needs you... Whether you like to golf or you'd like to become a corporate sponsor, we really could use your help. We rely heavily on our fundraisers to provide food, shelter, vet expenses and more for the homeless dogs in our community.
