Three Real Estate Dilemmas Solved With VoicePad

A potential homebuyer drives by a home for sale and likes what he sees. He pulls over to get information from the flyer box, but the box is empty and no other listing information is available.

The potential buyer writes down the listing Agent's phone number, but forgets to call the next day. With no flyers and no call, the Agent has lost a potential buyer. Ultimately, Agents have no record of who takes curbside flyers and no method for following up.
 
SOLUTION: VoicePad
With VoicePad, there is no need to have a flyer box, much less worry about re-filling it! Homebuyers simply call the VoicePad number displayed on the yard sign and receive listing information on their phone within seconds. If you would like to enhance these presentations, you may do so by clicking the "Click to Record" button associated with each listing on the Dashboard.
