During the listing presentation, call your broker-branded VoicePad telephone number from the homeowner's phone (use speakerphone, if possible) and enter one of your active listings (or any residential listing in your MLS).
Let the homeowner listen to the audio presentation of the property details.
NOTE: Make sure you have enabled text notification (INSTRUCTIONS here) in your VoicePad account settings in order to view the homeowner's name and phone number on your mobile phone.

After listening to the entire presentation, press (1) to transfer the call to YOUR mobile phone (your phone will ring; and you will receive a text message after you enter the house or MLS number. You will also receive an email after you hang up).

Show the homeowner the text message and explain that you will immediately contact all home buyers immediately after they call about your listing--VoicePad makes it easy by sending you the phone number of the caller just seconds after an inquiry!

To generate these reports from your own data: Log on to your VoicePad account. On the Dashboard, click the "Detail" or "Trend" button to the right of the property name; then, click the "Download Report" button. You can print or save the report from this window.
