May I Interest You In A White Birch?
Out of the great white north comes a nano brewery by the name of White Birch. Brewer Bill Herlicka has been hand crafting small batch ales for merely a year and a half. With a small 3 barrel brewing system (93 gallons at a time), he pumps out a plethora of unique beers. We'll this weekend, we've got 3 of his Belgian leaning examples for you, so if you're a fan of Belgian beer, or a fan of new breweries, or just like the name White Birch, then stop by and give 'em a try. | |

(Non White Birch)

Lagunitas Little Sumpin' Sumpin'
Yaaaay. It's finally back. America's favorite wheat based IPA. A light bodied ale packed with a grapefruity, tropical fruity hoppiness.
|

Weyerbacher Fireside Ale Yessss. I can finally say it. Would you like a fireside, fireside? Toasty smoked ale for those relaxing nights sitting next to our fire. Malty, certainly smokey with a comforting, warming finish.

Victory Yakima Twilight Fruity and malty, juicy and boozy. Not quite a black IPA, and that's why they're calling it a "double dark IPA." For the fans of hoppy ales, it's the perfect winterized double IPA.
