But first, the new bottles
Pretty Things Our Finest Regards / Somerville, Ma / 22oz bottles A big wintry barleywine from our friends at Pretty Things. 13.5%, fermented with both English and Belgian yeast. Certainly suitable for aging.
Ommegang Adoration / Cooperstown, Ny / 750ml corked and caged Ommegang's spiced Belgian Christmas beer. Dark and malty with flavors of coriander, cardamom, mace, sweet orange peel, and grains of paradise.
Victory Yakima Glory/ Downingtown, PA / 12oz bottles Last year's popular double dark IPA is back with a new name. Fruity, citrusy, with a deep mahogany color and berrylike quality.
Schlenkerla Oak Smoke / Bamberg, DE / 16oz Bottles Bamberg's king of smoked beers has stepped away from tradition to use oak wood to kiln their malts for this pale amber dopplebock. The result is a decidedly smoother, more delicate smoke quality with less of the barbecue flavor the beechwood provides.
Goose Island Bourbon County Vanilla / Chicago, Il / 22oz bombers This year Goose Island has decided to spin off their ever popular Bourbon County Stout with vanilla and coffee versions. We'll the former has arrived, so grab it while you can. Very limited.

On Tap
Though we're pouring 17 of victory's delicious ales and lagers, here are a handful of the new and unique flavors to wet your appetite. In no particular order:
Victory Yakima Glory
Last year's most popular double dark IPA has a new name, but the same great dark hop flavor.
|
 Victory Saison Du Buff
The Victory side of a collaborative ale brewed by Stone, Victory and Dogfish Head. A light, dry, crisp Belgian saison style ale brewed with parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme.
|
Victory Summa Ale
Sooo. Here's a unique one. Victory combined their sunrise summer weissbier with their fall limited release weisse titled mad king. The result is a prototype wheat beer they intend to release in quantity next summer. Only 2 kegs of Summa left the brewery!
|
 Victory Village
Here's Another collaborative effort. Victory decided that rather than brew a coffee stout or coffee porter, why not a coffee brown ale? So they teamed up with One Village coffee, and Viola!
|
 Victory ESB
Certainly one of the lesser known Victory beers. Beer Advocate rates it a solid A-, and the rumor is that it's the best tasting batch to ever leave the brewery.
|
 Victory IPL Irish Pub Lager
Brewed almost exclusively for an irish pub in Philadelphia. But now we get to try it!
|
 Victory Wild Devil
Well, many of us have had the Victory Hop Devil IPA, but this Brettanomyces version is brewed using a wild yeast strain rather than their house yeast. The result - an earthy, funky, wild version of their famous IPA.
|

Victory Scarlet Sunset
Though we're not actually pouring the beer pictured to the left, we are featuring a spin off of this beer. While it's predecessor scarlet fire is a smoked Oktoberfest, the beer we'll be pouring is a smoked weissbier. Think barbecue with a hint of banana and clove.
