On Cask: The Firkin of Firkin Friday

Lagunitas Hop Stoopid

Possibly one of the most insulting Lagunitas beers.
If you like the hops than you'll like this one.  Light
bodied, strong and certainly hoppy.  Cask tapping
at 4pm sharp.

And On Tap This Weekend

Smuttynose Short Batch #1 - Really Old Brown Dog

Waaaay back in March of  2007, Smuttynose brewed an
English old ale intended to be matured for several years.
We'll they finally released a few kegs, and we have one.
The cellar  time has enhanced the chocolaty malty, caramelly
qualities, and smoothed out all the rough edges.

Smuttynose Short Batch #9 - Rouge D' Shire

Refreshing sour ale with a massive dose of raspberries.
Unlike most lambics, this one has an incredibly
clean, sweet nose, and a disarming tartness.  Our last keg
went in a matter of hours, so get it while you can.

Smuttynose Short Batch #11 - Vunderbar

Inspiration for this beer came from Sam Adams Noble Pils.
Their interpretation is a light, crisp, clean German lager with
a faint hop quality and a toasty cereal finish.

Stone Vertical Epic 10.10.10

This year's collectable Epic ale comes in the form of a Belgian
strong pale.  9.5%, brewed with a new grain hybrid composed of
rye and wheat called triticale (creepy), gewurztraminer and
Muscat grapes, and chamomile.  Dry, slightly spicy, tart, and
fruity.

Pretty Things 1901 KK

Pretty Things "Once Upon a Time" part deux is a strange
beer. Originally brewed by Whitbread in 1901, this beer is
darker than most porters and hopped more heavily than
modern IPAs.  Some might call it the original black IPA.  Not
me, but some people.

Lagunitas Fusion 3 (closest label we could find)

Nope, not a Gillette razor.
Only a few kegs of this scrumptious imperial stout made it
to New York, and we got one. Slightly smokey, chocolatey
and roasty.  Light bodied and sweet.
