Ever sit back and daydream about what types of breads and beers our early New York settlers made? ...No? Well, as it turns out, they made some really interesting, hearty and spicy breads. They also brewed beers with "unique" ingredients including egg whites, mustard, spruce boughs, lemons, ginger and beef. We've teamed up with historic gastronomist Sarah Lohman, and The Old Stone House to present a night of culinary time travel. Five strange and old timey ales brewed by Brouwerij Lane's own, paired with five savory, sweet and period correct breads. Tickets are available here. Hope to see you there! |
