Southern Tier 2XIPA
Brand spankin' new Imperial IPA from one of our favorite breweries, Southern Tier. At 8.2%, this ones not quite a sipper. It's piney and citrusy, and pleasantly dry. Think of it as a ramped up American IPA.

Victory Summer Love
Had me a blaaaast.. ....trying this new beer from Victory. This golden ale was originally brewed for Philadelphia craft beer week, but due to it's success, Victory decided to release it to the New York market. We're glad they did. If you're a fan of Southern Tier's Hop Sun, and enjoy a dry, lemon citrusy refreshing summer ale with a hint of grainy malts, this is your beer.

Thornbridge Jaipur
We became instant fans of this beer when aquired a rare cask of it several months ago. This time it's back in keg form. Thornbridge is a relatively new English brewery that finally made the jump across the pond. This American leaning English IPA is light, lemony, delicate an drinkable with a honey-like quality. Youmight say a great IPA for the summer.

Victory Helios
Summer time means Belgian Saisons, and Victory's new incarnation of V-saison is great example. Dry, peppery, with light hop derived citrus notes, and a slight wild yeast kick. Super refreshing, a great warm weather beer.

Defiant Medusa IPA
Just in from Pearl River, NY's Defiant brewery, we have Medusa IPA. There's very little information on this beer, but I can tell you from my own personal experience, that it's earthy, slightly spicy, with a bracing hop bitterness. Try it out and let us know what you think.
