Fellow Beer Lovers,
This weekend we'll be featuring a new and interesting brewery from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Founder's Brewing.  Founder's was voted 4th best brewery in the world by Ratebeer.com, and in my opinion, they brew some of the most interesting and flavorful beers to hit New York.  We will be pouring glasses and growlers of the beers listed below, and also have bottles of their coveted Kentucky Breakfast Stout.

As a side note, we will be closed Sunday April 4th for celebrating and rabbit hunting, but will re-open Monday the 5th for regular hours.

Monday also kicks off our month long Spring beer tasting.  Stop by any day during the month of April for a unique and rotating flight of 6 seasonal spring ales and lagers.   Come take a springtime beer centric tour of Belgium, Germany, and the U.S.!

On Draft This Weekend
4/2-4/3

founders dirty bastard

Founder's Dirty Bastard
This malty, caramelly, rich ale is reminiscent of those originating in Scotland.  This style of beer tends to be stronger than most lighter "scottish ales", and this specific one has a fruity, slightly hoppy quality.

Founder's Centennial IPA

Brewed with 100 percent American centennial hops, this beer carries more tropical fruit flavors than most American IPA's.  Smooth, fruity, and slightly bitter with a great nose

Founder's Porter
Smooth, carmelly and chocolaty.  This
drinkable robust porter quickly became one
of my favorite porters of all time.  Chewy mouthfeel, with a great depth of flavor and balance.

Founder's Double Trouble
Big, big Double IPA.  Intensely hoppy and citrusy, with a subtle but contrasting malt backbone. Think of it as Centennial IPA's big brother.

Nectar Ales Newest Release:      Hemp Ale!
A malty American Brown Ale brewed with toasted hemp seeds.  The seed impart an "herbal" quality which compliments the malty sweetness.

WTF???,
OMG!!!
LOL!!! :)
Firkin Friday Weekend Cask:
Lagunitas Wilco Tango Foxtrot aka (WTF)
That's right, a malty, robust, jobless recovery ale.  As a follow up to the correction ale brewed
by Lagunitas last year following our presidents inauguration. This year, we celebrate being not in the red, not in the black, perhaps the brown? A malty ale, with a slight kick of hops and a slight kick of alcohol - on cask!
