Your Seminar Feedback
The evaluations from the March 3rd seminar show that we're off to a strong start, but need to slow down and tweak our format.
- 87% of participants said this program can help them achieve their spiritual goals
- 93% agreed that it could help them achieve their wellness goals

- 79% intend to use their Action Plan daily or many times a day
- 96% intend to discuss their progress with a wellness partner at least once a week
Based on your suggestions, we'll take more time to work with Action Plans, the Satisfaction Skills and forgiveness, before introducing new topics on March 31st.
If you missed March 3rd, please register for March 31st: .

Do You Have
Spiritual Stress?
Pastor Larry discussed three signs of spiritual stress at Saturday's seminar:
- No sense of God working in your life, just the daily grind
- See God's anger in the Cross, not His Love
- No sense of God's purpose
Keep track of what causes your spiritual stress to get worse or better. Include these observations in your journal, blog and/or discussions with friends, family and our pastors. |

Relax!
The goal of stress management training is to -reduce how stressed you get
)i.e., reduce the intensity) -shorten how long it lasts
(i.e, shorten the duration)
After a couple of weeks, you should be able to practice without the video |

Dear Friend,
Love Never Fails will show you how to love God and others more deeply by reflecting on the wisdom of the Scriptures and reducing the stress in your life.
This free four-week program, which you can do in the privacy of your own home, builds on the content of Trinity's March 3rd and 31st seminar. But you do not have to attend either session to benefit. Just watch the videos, try the relaxation exercises and read the free booklet and stories.
In 2006, Jim and Phyllis Lange described how the Satisfaction Skills had strengthened a love that lasted over 60 years.

Think, Write or Discuss ...and Blog!
Reflect on Jesus' words at the top of this page. Then each day, think about, journal or discuss:
- How well did I follow the Greatest Commandment?
- How well did I follow the Golden Rule?
Watch what the Langes and the Rev. Jimmy Rowe said about the Satisfaction Skills in the videos. Compare what they are saying with the quality of your relationship with others and with God.
Read about the Satisfaction Skills on page 6 and 7 in the Being Your Best booklet and the stories. Then each day think about, journal or discuss:
- How have the Satisfaction Skills - or other strategies helped me to find more love:
- with my family?
- with my friends?
- in prayer with God?
- in every moment?
Share your answers, your questions and your wisdom in our blog.
