Leash, Please!
The safety and health of your pet is very important to us.  Please help us by making sure that your dog is properly leashed before he enters the lobby.  To help you, we've hung a hook in the entry way that is stocked with a variety of loop-style leads.  They're simple to use, comfortable, and will help guarantee that he won't be injured by another pet or get loose and run into the very busy street outside.

Remember - a safe pet
is a happy pet!

L2G Logo - FullWe are very excited at the response we've been getting about our streaming video library.

Unveiled at the All American Grooming Show in Chicago, this website allows you to look at training videos when you want, as long as you want, as many times as you want.  Beginner stylist? You'll find useful videos not only from Melissa but talented trainers that she hand-picks herself.  Advanced stylists will have access to videos on more advanced techniques.  It will even feature content that the salon owner needs - growing a customer base, managing your own staff, and more.  With over 60 videos already available and 10 more to be added each month, even a customer who signs on for a one month membership will have access to a virtual library equal to the cost of ONE DVD.
Holiday Appointments - Already?!
BulbsI know, I know... it's not even Halloween, yet - how can we even be thinking about the holidays?!
If you're one of our customers who comes back every 6 weeks, you only have 2 more appointments before the Thanksgiving holiday.  To help make sure you get the time slots you want so that your pet looks his or her best for the holidays, we recommend taking a moment to let our dedicated customer service staff help you book the next few appointments in advance.  It's well worth the extra couple of minutes at check out or over the phone to make sure that we reserve your space in our date books.
Keeping Your Pet Healthy This Fall

As Fall approaches, mice and other vermin start loDog Partyoking for a place to live for the winter.  Remember that rodenticides are toxic to your pets as well.  Make sure to use them in places where your pet can't get to them.

Fall also means back to school supplies. While crayons, glue sticks, pencils, and markers are not necessarily highly toxic unless digested in large quantities, they can cause gastrointestinal blockages.
Free Nail Filing
Experience the difference that nail filing can make.  After your pets' nails are trimmed, we gently file them so that they're smoother, shorter, and rounder.  If you have children or anyone else in your home with sensitive skin, this process makes it less likely that they will be scratched by the sharp edges of your dogs' newly clipped nails.  Normally a $4.00 value, we're inviting you to try this service upgrade for FREE this September.

Limit one coupon per household for the month of September. Not to be combined with any other specials or discounts. Not redeemable for cash.
Offer Expires: October 1, 2010
