The MOST Dangerous Cult
In this DVD Eric Barger carefully documents the rise of the Cult of Liberalism within the walls of the Christian Church.
This message will shake those lost in deceptive "Churchianity" with the uncompromising truth that not all who claim to be Christians and not every church that professes to be a "house of worship" are preaching the authentic gospel that transforms man and leads to everlasting life!

Divorced From Church? How Apostasy is Scattering the Sheep
Today, many precious saints have been forced to leave their churches due to truly biblical or doctrinal disputes. If you have, you are NOT alone! With alarming numbers of once-trustworthy denominations and leaders trumpeting varieties of Liberalism and Emergent and other heresies, what is the dedicated Bible-believer to do? Should we stay or must we go? In this important message, Eric Barger utilizes biblical apologetics as he approaches the problem, offers solutions, and outlines reasons to both leave and stay in a congregation.
Is Your Church New Age, Emergent, or Christian?
This comparison of New Age and Emergent beliefs against the backdrop of biblical Christianity will not only expose the many likenesses shared by New Age and Emergent philosophies but it will also help equip viewers with discernment in understanding and recognizing real, authentic Christianity.

Over the past few weeks several important articles have come my way from trusted sources. I hope you'll take time to read the three I've included below.

For most of the last 63 years, presidents of the United States of America and their administrations have strongly supported the modern State of Israel. President Harry Truman decided the United States would be the first nation to recognize Israel in 1948...Something dramatically changed in the United States' relations with Israel after the election of Barack Obama in 2008. The LDS Church leadership has recently made great strides in cuddling up to the Christian body, but it isn't where you would think, understanding the conservative DNA of Mormonism.
They are copying and using the same methods and techniques as the Seeker Friendly and Emergent Church groups and finding that they have strong compatibilities. (Read article here.)
by John Lanagan of My Word Like Fire Eric's Note: Besides embracing aberrant eschatology (Dominionism/Kingdom Now theology), Mike Bickle's International House of Prayer (IHOP) is now recommending (and selling) numerous books by Catholic and Emergent mystics.
The IHOP online bookstore includes titles both by and about John of the Cross, a leader in the Counter-Reformation movement, which attempted to squelch the Protestant Reformation in the 16th century. Bickle's followers should question what actually inspired the Reformation and caused so many brave men to give their lives for its cause before following the teaching of anyone who adamantly opposed it.
Others authors recommended and sold by IHOP are Saint Teresa of Avila, Thomas Merton, Richard Foster, and Father Thomas Dubay. Of Dubay's book, Fire Within, Bickle says, "I want this book to be the manual for IHOP-KC."
What is it about contemplative mysticism that has become so enticing to Evangelicals? One obvious answer is simple spiritual deception. Another appears to be ignorance about history and the lack of sound theology in today's Church. It is this sad state that has opened the way for so many to embark on pilgrimages into the occult, hoping to extract some seed of spirituality to Christianize. It seems to me that foraging through the teachings of these mystics is like searching through a garbage dump looking for a morsel of eatable food - one might occasionally find something there but shouldn't the source make us lose our appetite and question whether we should partake? Let's pray that those at IHOP awake from the Catholic and contemplative deceptions they are now being encouraged to embrace. (Read article here.)

For over three years now there has been a presentation slide in my seminar, " The Errors of the Emergent Church," stating the following: "Emergent leaders believe that Evangelicalism and Fundamentalism have failed them and have instead chosen mystic ideas that more closely align with New Age philosophy than biblical Christianity." From the mountain of material I had read and researched I knew this conclusion was true. Now we see my observations substantiated as absolute fact.
