Taking Bountiful Bags to the Next Level - Shallowford needs our support.
On Monday I met with members of Shallowford, Caitlin and Diana, to discuss the next steps in our partnership. Co-leaders, to partner with Shallowford members and share responsibilities, are needed in the following areas:
1. Purchasing/collecting food 2. School supplies 3. Clothing drives 4. Publicity 5. Special Events - Shallowford will host a pre-Scotland tour of their Youth Choir here at MDPC, other events to be hosted here and at Shallowford 6. Readers for the Indian Creek Classrooms - 30 minutes a week. Please reply to mdpcpastor@bellsouth.net if you would like to get involved in any of these areas as a co-leader with a Shallowford member. We are a church that serves Christ by serving the least among us. Now is the time to step out in faithfulness and take it to the next level!
Peace of Christ,
George

THE BOOK OF REVELATION
Have you ever wondered what it was like for the earliest Christians to hear the Gospel stories. Using every word of the Book of Revelation, Tom Key puts himself in the role of a present day apostle giving an eye-witness account of life in the world to come. This is going to be amazing!
Where: Shallowford Presbyterian Church on Sunday, March 25th at 7:00pm. Doors will open at 6:00pm, and a free will offering will be collected.
If you need a ride please contact Dil at 404.292.8212 and we will make arrangements.
