Revised Common Lectionary Readings for Sunday, May 22, 2011, the Fifth Sunday of Easter (Year A)

In his book All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten, Robert Fulghum lists the things he learned: Share everything. Play fair. Don't hit people. Put things back where you found them. Clean up your own mess. Say you are sorry when you hurt somebody. Live a balanced life - learn some and think some and draw and paint and sing and dance and play and work every day. Take a nap. When you go out into the world, watch out for traffic, hold hands, and stick together. Sounds a lot like the lectionary reading from Acts last week doesn't it?

Peace of Christ Always,
