UC Davis Community Center
Teaming with design builder Flintco Constructive Solutions and MFDB Architects, Siegfried has begun work on the new Community Center for the University of California, Davis.
The project, which sits in the heart of the campus, is a new 22,000 square foot building that is designed to be a LEED Gold project.
"We're excited to join such a great team on such a great project. This sets the stage for Siegfried to continue our success with educational projects, a market we have been growing for over a decade." - Paul J. Schneider, Vice President.

Siegfried Donates Design Services
In an effort to help beautify a portion of March Lane, a main arterial that runs through the heart of Stockton, CA, Siegfried has donated landscape architectural design plans, civil improvement plans, and surveying efforts to the City of Stockton and the East Bay Municipal Utilities District (EBMUD).
The project site is a landscaped corridor with street trees and lawn areas that run along an existing meandering asphalt path. An added feature to this project will be a dedicated portion for a 2,500 square foot Waterwise Educational Garden which will have a donation paver patio area and informational kiosks to familiarize people about the gardens and their designs. The garden layout will showcase plants in theme areas such as: California natives, drought tolerant, fragrance, winter bloom, butterfly and bird, and terraced patio.
In addition to the design efforts, the entire Siegfried staff has enthusiastically offered to donate their personal time and volunteer to plant trees, clean up debris, and assist in any way possible to make the project a true success story.
