Label correction - dollar spot control INSIGNIA fungicide from BASF
The Pest Management Regulatory Agency of Canada (PMRA) has just brought it to our attention that there is a label rate error on the Dollar Spot section of the INSIGNIA label in the comments section. The rate table is correct, but the comment section (right-hand column below) gives the rate per 100 sq. m. and it should be per 1000 sq. m as is the left-hand column.
Our records show that you have purchased INSIGNIA Fungicide in 2011 and we would like to make you aware of this label correction. We have enclosed a copy of the corrected label for your use. Please, if you have any unused product in your possession, print off a copy of the attached label and keep it with the product.
