Owning a recruiting operation can make you richer than Midas and can be the life you always dreamed of.  Yet, we hear a great deal more about the challenges and difficulties than we do about the joys and rewards.  Where do you turn for a fresh perspective?  How do you wipe out the future, destroy the past, and build the kind of clear thinking you need to fulfill your path?

There is a White Belt philosophy I work very hard to live up to in each and every conversation.  I strive to serve, regardless of whether we ever do any business together or not.  In fact, it's my commitment that the time we share will be the very best possible investment of time you can make.  I approach each conversation as if it were going to be the only shot I ever have to offer any help or value.  Your time is precious to me, and I never forget that.

 

What's more, I'm fast.  That is, I learn, in powerful ways, who you are, where you've been and where you're going, rapidly.  My mission is to discern your destiny and help you claim or reclaim it, during our initial conversation.  What propels you forward?  What holds you back?  What changes must you make, right now, in order to best live up to your dream?  These are the places we go in our White Belt conversation.

 

What would indicate that you're ready?  Two things.  Can you face your fears?  Can you tap into your most driving ambitions?  Your deep instincts tell you what you really should fear, when you know how to listen to them.  Most fear is shallow, draining or even debilitating.  Wise fear - the sort that our White Belts will help us find together - is the kind of inner warning you must heed. 

 

On the other hand, most of us must suppress or disguise our ambitions, simply because the world around us does not reward but rather punishes the statement of our greatest hopes and aspirations.  However, it is our inner drive to accomplish that is the very best part of ourselves.
