care what the truth is!"? Sadly, I witnessed this in the real world recently,
and after my shock, I realized, 'this person is NOT free.'
How about you? Are you free? Does the truth unlock your chains
and empower your progress and power? Your power to make money, as a truth-driven
recruiter, is built more by the numbers than by any other form of truth. Have
you surrendered to and been set free yet, and been empowered to make money by
your numbers? If you haven't, today is your lucky day. Today, I'm going to
show you how to escape from the prison of falsehood or denial.
The one number
you need, more than any other, is freedom through Send Outs. Recruiting has always been driven by Send Outs. If you can
organize large numbers of them, the question of money-making truth for you is
simply the question of your Send Out-To-Placement Ratio. If it is low
enough, and your total number of Send Outs high enough, you're a successful
recruiter. This is the numerical definition of your business.
Successful Recruiting = Sufficiently High # of SO + Sufficiently Low SO/PL Ratio
A few weeks back we introduced a new service called The Recon
Report. In it, we compile four monthly data points from the back
end of the recruiting practice for an analysis, which are:

2. Placements (PL)

4. Cash In ($CI)
We have some wonderful numbers to share with you now, as a result
of our first clients engaging in the service. The data below is a compilation
that comes from three different operations, and includes a total of 22
individual performers' numbers.

There's so much to learn here! All four columns and the resulting
ratios hold reams of truth-establishing, performance-guiding
significance. The most powerful thing to focus on is the Cash-In/Send
Out Ratio on Table 4. As you can see, it ranges from a low of $2,278
to a high of $2,599. Let's just pick the realistic number of $2,400
for our analysis.
What does that number actually mean? When you put our 22 performers'
real results all together as we have, that is the actual Cash In value
for every single Send Out they arrange. How do we put that to work for
you?
Our first step is to look at your numbers, and see where you stand in
relationship to our group. Our group's pace is 133 Send Outs per
month, and their Send Out-to-Placement (SO/PL) Ratio is 9.5. At this
pace of Send Outs, our group is closing 14 placements per month. If
you had the same ratio, and if you could arrange 3 Send Outs per week,
you'd be billing a Placement per month at minimum, and could reasonably
expect 15 Placements over the coming 12 months in total.
Taking charge of your Send Outs requires that you working your way
through from the back to the front. Begin with your desired number of
placements. Estimate your SO/PL Ratio. These two numbers will clearly
indicate the number of Send Outs you require.
Real Performance TruthWith these powerful numbers in hand, we have the beginnings of real
performance truth. When we've completed this preparation, you're ready
for the next level of truth. How will you - or really, will you at all
- correct toward your goal? To be truthfully certain that you will
correct toward your goal, there are two spectacular assets you need.
The first is your true and real intention. To set this intention, you
must determine your total number of Send Outs for the coming 12
months. For example, if your 12-month goal is 120 Send Outs, the power
of your will must be set on that number as absolutely as you're humanly
able.
To succeed, you must attain a monthly average minimum of 10. But, some
months you may miss your minimum. These months demand that you make
changes and you must keep your eye on the real target. This is the
only way you can achieve your goal.
The Amazing Power of Pure FocusThe second asset is the amazing power of pure focus. Pure focus is the
shield you require in order to overcome all obstacles that would
otherwise prevent you from hitting your Send Out goal. Pure focus
truly is a type of unstoppable obsession. For your goal to be true and
real, you have to be more dedicated to it than anything else. The
world is filled with distractions, and they must be defeated. Call it
iron will, or artistic fury, pure focus drowns out the noise of the
world with the heat of your passion and commitment. If your goal
attains to that state of white heat, the result is that nothing can
pull you away from the mission. When this white heat is present, your
goal is then true, true in every sense. Owning - or perhaps being
owned by - this truth, your intense focus and unbreakable dedication
will be the greatest ally you have on your march to Send Outs victory.
