It's party time!
SAVE THE DATES for two big weekends in October! Frenchy's is celebrating its 30th Anniversary with a huge block party on Friday, Oct. 7 and Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011 in front of Frenchy's Original Cafe (41 Baymont St.) - where it all started in 1981. 
Then, join us a couple weekends later for Frenchy's 27th Annual Stone Crab Weekend celebration at all 4 Frenchy's locations from Friday, Oct. 21, Saturday, Oct. 22 and Sunday, Oct. 23, 2011. Fresh Florida stone crabs will be available at wholesale prices...WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. (So cross your fingers Mother Nature is good to us this year!)

"Name the Grouper" Contest
 Frenchy's has a new mascot... and he needs a name! We're asking our friends to submit their idea for a name, then we'll choose our top 3 favorite that YOU will vote on to choose the winner! The person who submitted the final winning name will win a $100 Frenchy's gift card and a framed, autographed photo with the mascot.

"Best View on the Beach" Photo Contest
Wow, we got a TON of great submissions this month...it was very hard to choose a winner from so many great photos. But, we had to pick one, so CONGRATS to this month's winner Amie & Dave Schardein! What's YOUR favorite view? Is it the shoreline?...the boats?...the wildlife?...your awesomely sculpted sandcastle? Original Cafe gets some TLC
 Thank you for everyone's understanding as we closed Frenchy's Original Cafe for a few days in August (though some of you didn't know what to do with yourselves on Taco Tuesday!) We were able to completely remodel the men's restroom, apply some fresh paint throughout the restaurant, repave the entire outside patio, and install a new railing. It's all looking good and we're happy to have our patrons back to enjoy it!

Taste of the NFL, E&J Gallo Winery and Yelp.com are partnering to raise awareness and support the fight against hunger-related issues in America.
As a restaurant that serves some of E&J Gallo Winery's wines, Frenchy's Saltwater Cafe is participating to help combat hunger locally. Now through January 1, every time you buy a bottle of these featured wines, three meals will be donated to the RCS Food Bank.
