Dotting the south side of Anchor Drive is a collection of condominiums called Angelfish Chalets.  In 1973, Angelfish Chalets looked like tropical Poynesian villas & sold for $35,000. By 2011, the chalets bear little resemblance to those built 38 years ago.  Constant construction over the past 7 years has transformed this area to the stylish & modern housing of the millenium. Prices this summer range from $295,000 to $575,000 for 650SF one bedroom chalets.  Expanded 2 bedrooms 1,200SF are listed between $589,000 and $975,000.  Two bedrooms with a den are priced between $950,000 and $1,895,000.  Dock privileges range from 36 to 38 feet.
