There is a disaster looming in your municipality similar in scope and impact to one described in the movie "The Perfect Storm" (2000).

The movie recounts the story of a rare event and the resulting disaster when The Andrea Gail, a sword fishing boat encountered a north Atlantic weather anomoly and details the loss of ship and crew when a subtropical storm met a tropical storm.
