Action to Take if an Earthquake Strikes
 
Over the last couple of years, America has had someCracked Bricks interesting types of calamadies. One of the most uncommon ones in our part of the country is the advent of earthquakes and earth movements. We are used to hearing and seeing these on the west coast and in other more obvious parts of the world, near the edges of techtonic plates, but we are not use to seeing earthquakes in the central U.S. Hopefully this is something that will continue to be a minor concern.

As we come into the cold and wet season of the year, it reminds us that it is time to get our properties ready for the winter. Luckily we do not have to worry about some of the excessive temperature issues on neighbors in the northern states have to worry about, but we still have our coldest days to worry about. Some of our largest fire concerns are directly related to our heating systems and tenant's attempt to keep warm.
