The new year is apon us and I know most of you are thinking that mowing season is right around the corner. Before everything gets too busy, now is the time to make sure that Safety Programs, Vehicle Inspection programs, Driver Training and Equipment is all up to speed. This is a great time to update your Equipment Inventory to make sure you are properly covered.

Tailgate Meeting Tips
The attached topic this month is for the guys doing the meetings - a few tips from the field on the most effective way to have a meeting.
- Hold the meeting at the beginning of the week
- Have the meeting where everyone has room and the speaker can be heard
- Keep it short
- Talk about items that are relevant
- Ask questions and be sure to have everyone Sign In
