The National Equipment Register issued an Equipment Theft Advisory for the July 4th Holiday. According to the report Texas is the number one state targeted with Compact Tractors (#1) and Commercial Mowers (#2) listed as the biggest targets. NER is indicating that this is a professional crime ring.
