Fall Fix Up Tip:

Flush your water heater to improve energy efficiency and increase water conservation. Sediment build-up displaces water and prevents the heater from operating at full capacity. By flushing the tank once a year, usually before winter, you won't be wasting cash by heating this gunk. Start by turning off the water heater and letting the tank cool; then shut off the water supply. If gravity is on your side, connect a hose to the drain cock and run it to a floor drain. If you don't have a floor drain, send the water to a sink or bucket using a drill pump attachment. Draining 3 gallons is usually enough, but you may have to fill and flush a few times until the water runs clear. If you don't want to do this yourself, you can always give us a call and our Handyman Division would be happy to help you out!

Our Youngest Team Member
On May 11, 2011 Liam was born to one of our amazingly talented Interior Designers, Lisa Cross and her Husband Trevor. The whole Gridley Team recently celebrated the newest addition to our family with an amazing Baby Shower BBQ . Team members past and present all joyfully gathered together to celebrate and enjoy the sun and the fun at our Downtown Campbell Showroom. Welcome to the team Liam!

Welcome John Anderson
One of the biggest reasons that our customers “Love the Difference” is the level of customer care that Gridley Company consistently delivers. In our quest to continually improve the customer experience, we decided it was time to expand our management team to include a new Production Manager, John Anderson. John has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry including everything from sales through job completion. His field of expertise is scheduling, so he is always on top of things keeping the jobs moving on time and on budget! He really knows how to work his magic with the building departments, making the permit process smooth and quick! He coordinates our crews to make sure the workflow is consistent, and he supports our Project Managers, Roger and Brian, with customer questions and management of Specialty Contractors and crews. Welcome to the team John!
