We've never experienced an open enrollment period such as this --- when health care is the leading domestic policy issue!
The latest media reports on health care are that the percentage share of costs paid by employees will increase in 2010, and that employers are creating a "new compact with workers".
Is this year's annual enrollment becoming a national town hall with employees voicing their concerns about the future of their health care coverage?
