Greetings!
Benefit communications should read like a good novel.
"I have tried simply to write the best I can. Sometimes I have good luck and write better than I can."
...Ernest Hemingway
Having employees understand the value of their benefits is key to a successful program. Designing state-of-the-art plans and providing significant company support is not enough.
Employee benefit programs are best appreciated through frequent communications that are easy to read and understand.
These are great challenges. We're all short on time and resources, and plans are complicated! But it's worth the effort to communicate regularly.
Remember, tell them often and tell them well. |
