Greetings!
I'm really thinking BIG.  So BIG that I entered the Oprah On-line Competition last month for a chance to get my own show on the new Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN).  You can read about the details below.  In this issue I'll share the first five of the '10 Lessons I Learned from Competing.'

This issue also  marks the1-Year Anniversary of this  newsletter. A special thanks to all of you who have encouraged me.  BIG changes are on they way. This year as I share new articles I'll also give you a link to recap what I wrote about on that month's issue the previous year. You will also have the option to listen to any new articles that are linked to my blog.  Stay tuned for more BIG changes in 2010!

Oprah Had A Competition and I Won!

I thought that might get your attention.  Yes, Oprah is having a competition to find the next big star.  That person will have their own show on the new Oprah Winfrey network.  But they haven't yet announced all 40 of the semi-final winners yet.

So, how can I already have won, you ask, especially when the front-runner had over 8 million votes when I got into the race?  How can I possibly see myself as a winner when the competition ended with me having just 5,297 votes?   Well, just getting in the game taught me made me a winner and also taught me quite a few life lessons.  So doesn't that make me a winner?  In the next few articles, I share the lessons I've learned from competing that have made me feel like a WINNER!  You can also listen to the following articles when you click on the links.

Health Tip of the Month
I haven't tried this one myself yet, but my friend Brenda swears by using Benzonite Clay.  According to The Living Clay Company,

"
The body has great energy resources, which normally remain dormant; clay awakens them and speeds cellular revitalization. Clay is a powerful agent of stimulation, transformation, detoxing and transmission of energy." Or, check out  The Healing Clay Company
