Speaker Presentation

Rod Thomas, of Atria Senior Living Groupwill be presenting "Administrative Challenges - Domestic Partner Coverage."

Rod Thomas is Vice President of Benefits and Compensation for Atria Senior Living Group, one of the largest assisted living companies in the US employing over 8,500 employees at over 125 locations in 27 states.

Over the last six years at Atria, Rod has successfully managed Atria's health and welfare programs by streamlining the number of programs, consolidating risks through self-insured and minimum premium arrangements and maintaining annual cost increases for these programs to 4% per year on average. 

Prior to joining Atria, Rod worked for several international based companies and a major employee benefits consulting firm.  Rod is a past president of the LEBC.

Meeting & Guest Policies

Please remember that the Health & Welfare Sub-Council Members will not need to pay at the door to attend the lunch.  Other interested LEBC members who would like to attend the luncheon are asked to pay $40 at the door ($50 for guest) (payable to the Louisville Employee Benefits Council).  

Check computerized signs for meeting room location. 

Parking vouchers are available at meetings for individuals parking in the Marriott garage. 

Please note that LEBC does not validate valet parking.

RSVP's and Cancellation Policy

Please note that members are asked to confirm their attendance at all meetings.  

**No-shows are a recurring problem and continue to adversely affect the LEBC's efforts to manage expenses.**   

The Marriott charges the LEBC for all reservations made and not cancelled by noon on the Friday immediately prior to the Luncheon.
