Continuing Education Credits
 
The LEBC is applying for one hour continuing education credit for eligible presentations with the Kentucky Bar Association, the Joint Board of the Enrollment of Actuaries, the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy, the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries, and the Kentucky Department of Insurance. Forms for qualifying continuing education credits will be available at the registration table.

Speaker Presentation
 
Michael Hecht, CLTC and Rick Mileham  of Wilson Brokerage Services will present Advanced Disability Solutions.
 
Mr. Hecht is a graduate of Miami University and has spent the last 20 years in the Disability Income and Long Term Care broker marketplace.  His specialties lie in his seasoned ability to design, communicate and implement individual or guaranteed standard issue programs.  In addition to providing solutions for individuals and groups, Mike also works with products suited for business owners such as Business Overhead Expense, Key Person and Buy-Sell funding programs.
 
Mr. Mileham is a graduate of Miami University where he was a Division 1-A football player and is married with 4 children.  He has had a 20 year career in the insurance industry, including 12 years as a Disability and Long Term Care Brokerage Sales Representative with two of the top carriers in the industry.  Rick brings to Wilson Brokerage Services a tremendous amount of experience and expertise in the design of multi-life and guarantee issue executive plans as well as the ability to create, market and implement individual plans. 
 
Lunch Menu
 
The lunch menu will include the following:
 
Breast of chicken with a Goat Cheese Pesto Crust Madeira Truffle Sauce with Garlic Whipped Potatoes.
 
Bib Lettuce and Baby Spinach with Roasted Pears, Toasted Pecans, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Sun Dried Cranberries and Raspberry Vinaigrette.
 
Banana Caramel Cake.

Meeting & Guest Policies
 
You are invited to attend all LEBC monthly luncheon and presentation meetings as well as LEBC Sub-Council meetings.
 
The monthly luncheon meetings are the second Tuesday of the month and begin at 11:30 a.m. with registration and a time for networking and socializing. Lunch will be served at Noon. Speaker presentations begin at approximately 12:15 p.m. Meetings will conclude no later than 1:30 p.m. 
 
Guests are welcome at our monthly luncheon meetings for a fee of $50. Add your guest information to the RSVP, or notify the Membership Chair:

Sub-Council meetings are the fourth Tuesday of the month and begin at 12 noon. Cost for attending these meetings is $40 for members who did not sign up with their annual dues and $50 for guests.  
 
If you would like to attend a Sub-Council meeting, RSVP through the newsletter and pay at the door when you arrive for the meeting.

Please note that members are asked to confirm their attendance at all meetings.  
 
**No-shows are a recurring problem and continue to adversely affect the LEBC's efforts to manage expenses.**   
 
The Marriott charges the LEBC for all reservations made and not cancelled by noon on the Friday immediately prior to the Luncheon.
