LEBC 2010 Invoices
The Louisville Employee Benefit Council 2010 Membership Invoices will be mailed to you in early December. There will be a brief survey included with the invoices that will assist the Executive Committee in planning next year's schedule. Please take a moment to complete and mail survey.

Mark your calendar for the LEBC Holiday Luncheon. There will not be a speaker for this meeting. This will be a time for us to network and socialize with other LEBC members. We will present thank you gifts to members of the Program Committee who are rotating off after serving two-years on this Committee.
Attendees will also have an opportunity to win some festive door prizes.

Parking vouchers are available at meetings for individuals parking in the Marriott garage.
Valet parking will not be reimbursed.

Meeting & Guest Policies
You are invited to attend all LEBC monthly luncheon and presentation meetings as well as LEBC Sub-Council meetings.
The monthly luncheon meetings are the second Tuesday of the month and begin at 11:30 a.m. with registration and a time for networking and socializing. Lunch will be served at Noon. Speaker presentations begin at approximately 12:15 p.m. Meetings will conclude no later than 1:30 p.m.
Guests are welcome at our monthly luncheon meetings for a fee of $50. Add your guest information to the RSVP, or notify the Membership Chair:

Sub-Council meetings are the fourth Tuesday of the month and begin at 12 noon. Cost for attending these meetings is $40 for members who did not sign up with their annual dues and $50 for guests.
If you would like to attend a Sub-Council meeting, RSVP through the newsletter and pay at the door when you arrive for the meeting.

Please note that members are asked to confirm their attendance at all meetings.
**No-shows are a recurring problem and continue to adversely affect the LEBC's efforts to manage expenses.**
The Marriott charges the LEBC for all reservations made and not cancelled by noon on the Friday immediately prior to the Luncheon.

The LEBC Program Committee is looking for members who would like to assist with determining and securing speakers for the LEBC Monthly Luncheons. The Program Committee meets once a month and members commit to a two year term. If you are interested in joining the committee please contact Jean Watson
