Speaker Presentation
Rod Thomas, Vice President, Benefits & Compensation, Atria Senior Living Group, will be speaking on "Developing a Corporate Healthcare Strategy."
Effective benefit plan designs and funding are driven by different strategies within an organization. It is important to understand how these strategies align and link to one another. As part of the strategy development, an organization must also establish goals that support the strategy and deploy the necessary tactics to achieve goals.
This presentation will cover these various topics and how they were used in
developing the healthcare strategy at Atria Senior Living Group.

Meeting & Guest Policies
Please remember that the Retirement Plans Sub-Council Members will not need to pay at the door to attend the lunch. Other interested LEBC members who would like to attend the luncheon are asked to pay $40 at the door ($50 for guest)(payable to the Louisville Employee Benefits Council).
Check computerized signs for meeting room location.
Parking vouchers are available at meetings for individuals parking in the Marriott garage.
Please note that LEBC does not validate valet parking.

**No-shows are a recurring problem and continue to adversely affect the LEBC's efforts to manage expenses.**
The Marriott charges the LEBC for all reservations made and not cancelled by noon on the Friday immediately prior to the Luncheon.
