What is the best way to ensure that your company is partnered with the right broker? How do you identify the best broker to meet your company's needs? These questions will be examined taking into account varying company size (1-100 employees, 101-1000 employees, and over 1001 employees), as each of these have different needs.

 

The presentation will cross over issues such as contingent payments and what part such payments play in choosing your broker, reporting capabilities and how these can help design and improve plan participation, communication, and the RFP process. The presentation is intended to provide insight as to what you should be getting from your broker, if you are not what questions to ask, and finally going out to RFP to ensure you find the right broker partnership, and also get the strongest negotiating position with carriers.
