Dear LEBC Member:
Your Executive Committee is in the process of updating the LEBC Web site and system for newsletter delivery by e-mail. These updates will result in major savings of your dues money as well as a more streamlined set-up.
One difficulty we have had with the current e-mail delivery system for the monthly newsletter and other announcements is the various spam filters and firewalls that employers have to use. In many cases, these protective measures have kept members from receiving their LEBC mailings.
The e-mail delivery system we are moving to is called Constant Contact. In order to lessen the filter/firewall problem, Constant Contact sends out a verification e-mail asking you to make a one-time response in order to confirm your e-mail address.
Please keep an eye out for the verification e-mail from LEBC/Constant Contact and respond to it as requested so that you can continue to receive the newsletter and other announcements.
