An Important Message to Monmouth/Ocean Multiple Listing Service Brokers and Managers

Invoices for the Monmouth/Ocean Multiple Listing Service were mailed last week.  These invoices cover the 3rd Quarter MLS fees for Monmouth and Ocean County agents and offices, and the annual fees for out-of area agents and offices.  These fees are due and payable on July 2, 2012.  Agents and offices who have not paid their MLS fees within one month of the due date will be suspended.

Brokers/Managers/Agents:  You can pay your fees or the fees for your agents online at MCAR Member Services.  Please note that for this billing cycle we are utilizing the IMS system.  Your username is your Agent ID and your password is the one you created previously.   If this is your first time paying online, your password is password (all lower case).

If you would like to pay by check, please mail a check made out to the Monmouth County Association of REALTORS® at 4000 Rt. 66, One Hovchild Plaza, Suite 210, Tinton Falls, NJ  07753.

New Jersey Seafood Festival 
 
Come out to beautiful Belmar this weekend and visit the Monmouth County Association of REALTORS®  tent at the 26th Annual NJ Seafood Festival.

alleyThe Festival is taking place Friday, Saturday and Sunday, June 8 - 10 at Silver Lake Park, 5th and Ocean Avenues in Belmar.  Members of the Public Relations Committee will once again be manning the MCAR tent passing out bags and hand sanitizer while collecting for the Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

The festival runs 4pm - 8pm on Friday, and 11am - 7pm on
Saturday and Sunday.  There is FREE admission and the Belmar Tourism Commission is running a complimentary shuttle from Belmar Marina, Downtown, and Belmar Train Station.

The Education Committee is accepting applications for Exhibitors for 2012 MCAR REALTOR® Connect, October 26th at the Sheraton Eatontown. 

REALTOR® Connect provides exhibitors with quality time and an opportunity to interact one-on-one with our REALTOR® attendees. They will be able to attract new clients, network with current clients, and display their products or services.
