NAR's forward-looking index for January is down 2.8 percent, suggesting existing-home sales will remain relatively stable in the months ahead. NJ Open House Weekend

Saturday, April 2nd and Sunday, April 3rd

Due to the success of last year's April event, NJAR® is proud to once again kick off the spring market with this ideal complement to our Get the REAL Story® efforts. 

 

NJAR® has made deals with several of the state's major newspapers to promote the weekend to prospective buyers, and in some cases, offer special sections and discounted rates for REALTORS® who are participating, so they can list their open houses.  On this webpage you will find:

·    A list of media partners offering advertising deals (more are added continuously)

·    Downloadable graphics for the web

·    A Share-able Open House Weekend video advertisement

·    Promotional flyers for members to customize and distribute to buyers and sellers
