Caring for Azaleas and Camellias After They Bloom
Azalea bushes in our area will be finishing up their blooming cycle in the next week or two. You may want to give them a little Hollytone for big blooms next spring.  | Azaleas are incredibly popular in the Triad area and their big showy flowers in early spring are just gorgeous. After the flowering period is a good time to evaluate your plant. Check the condition of your plant and mulch around the bush to help retain moisture in the heat of the summer. We recommend applying a simple fertilizer like Hollytone after your azaleas bloom, to help bring out healthy blooms next year. This is also true for camellias, which have also just finished blooming.
