Why Do Birds Sing More in the Spring?
According to bird researchers, the longer days with more hours of sunlight trigger a hormonal reaction in birds that gets them ready for mating season and makes them want to sing! L.A. Reynolds has an incredible birding section filled with beautiful feeders, bird houses, bird supplies and seed. Come check it out.

How to Have Big Blooming Daffodils Next Year
After your daffodils have finished their blooming, a lot of folks wonder what to do with them. The secret to big blooms next year is give them a little flower food and then leave them alone. Resist tying them up or braiding them or cutting them. They need time to store up nutrients in the bulb so they can come back next year with a big show.
