This small 7 panel array utilizes micro-inverters so the array can later be expanded. The federal grant and new KCP&L rebates (starting in January) will take care of 50% of the cost. This energy efficient building is located on Hwy 92 and is the former home to Harding Chiropractic and Platte City Flowers. The Energy Savings Store installed the 1.2 KW solar array. |

MO Coalition for the Environment is seeking a full time Clean Energy Coordinator for RenewMO. The Clean Energy Coordinator will help implement the 2010 Renew Missouri program. The Coordinator will work closely with Renew Missouri Directors and with coalition partners across the state. The Clean Energy Coordinator is a full-time position. The position will be based in Columbia, Missouri. |

The link between health, preventable death and CO2 is not generally recognized by the largely pro-life American public where every single life is precious. This inconsistency should be pointed out - climate change not only impacts polar bears, but humans - from infants to adults.
