Clemson FCA group descends on Habitat for Hope
We were thrilled to host a fantastic group of kids from Clemson University's Fellowship of Christian Athletes this March! For three days, the group of 26 helped us get the HFH property ready for spring - cleaning out planting beds, working in the woods, and staining our handicap-accessible playground. The group also spent time volunteering at LeBonheur Children's Hospital here in Memphis. Volunteer Services Specialist Brittany Cochran remarked, "The Clemson kids made light work of the activities cart! They had such great attitudes and joy that they had to come back to get it refilled three times!" Senior Hal Foster seemed to really enjoy himself at HFH. He says, "It is obvious God is working in the lives of the people that work [at Habitat for Hope] because of their passion for what they are doing. It was awesome to see what both Habitat for Hope and LeBonheur do day in and day out to help others."

Parents-Night-Out and Adopt-a-Floor programs at LeBonheur
Beginning in April, Habitat for Hope will embark on a new area of service! We have adopted 4 units at LeBonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis, and will provide various services to the families that utilize these areas of the hospital. In the parents-night-out program, we will sit with and entertain children while their parents or guardians have an hour or two to get out of the hospital and rest or grab a meal. We are excited about this opportunity! We are currently recruiting new volunteers specific to these programs - we specifically need individuals that have some flexibility in their weekly work schedules. Please email Becky Davis at becky@habitatforhope.org for more information on how to get involved.

3rd Annual Phi Eta pancake breakfast
March 20th, home school honor society Phi Eta hosted the 3rd Annual Applebee's pancake breakfast. The group raised nearly $1000 by selling tickets and collecting donations! This brings Phi Eta's total contribution to Habitat for Hope up to just under $4000 in their short lifetime. We are grateful - thanks dear friends!

The team includes two local architects, two site planners from Memphis and
