TOILET PAPER DRIVE 2010 A Huge Success!

Our 2010 Toilet Paper Drive was a huge success! We are currently at 4,200 rolls and counting! Special thanks to Central Sanitary Supply, Bank of the West, Save Mart Supermarkets, and MOCSE Credit Unions.
Your generous donations will be donated to United Way's 46 nonprofit programs who serve people in need here in our community.
Thanks to everyone who 'rolled by' and 'spared a few squares' for this worthy cause!

We're always looking to show our supporters how United Way is making a difference in your community.
Below is a story from Belinda Rolicheck, Executive Director of the Haven Women's Center, one of 26 United Way Partner Agencies.
We had a counseling client who originally sought services in 2005. Immediately following her first counseling session, she sent the staff a thank you note with the following message:
"Thank you so much for being there and explaining things so plainly and clearly to me when I first came in. I was so confused and upset but you gave me some of the best information and advice I had all week. I'm glad that there are people like you in the world."
Last December, we received a Christmas card from the same client who wrote this message:
"Four Christmases ago, I thought my life had ended. Now I have a new life and a new career. Just wanted to wish you and your clients a happy holiday season and to let you know there is a silver lining and a rainbow after the storm!"
We really enjoyed hearing from her and were thrilled to know she was doing so well.
As you can see from this woman's story, your support of United Way really does make a difference.
