Another Hit from the Water Dept.
Another Hit from the Water Dept.San Diego's County Water Authority (CWA) has a hearing scheduled for 10 am, November 17th, to discuss the next planned water rate increase. Barring any massive outpouring of protest, expect multi-family dwelling water rates to increase by roughly 10.6%, effective January 1, 2010. Monthly base fees will also go up based on the size of a property's meter, with a 16" meter increasing by $30.
