Join Dr. Mindy Ewert from Derby Chiropractic for a "Stretch with Doc" session on December 29 from 5:45-6:30 p.m. Learn stretches that will target common problem areas related to back and neck pain, as well as hip, shoulder, and knee issues. These are need-to-know stretches, good for all ages, wonderful in preventing common musculoskeletal conditions. Please RSVP to Dr. Mindy at 788-7500, space is limited. Bring your yoga mat and comfy clothes. Looking for a place to recycle your Christmas tree after the holidays are over? The High Park Chip Site at 2700 E. Madison (northwest corner of the park) will accept your undecorated tree. Only Christmas trees will be accepted during this time.
